The device comprises a receiver which is used for receiving a to-be-verified array substrate drive signal from an upper computer, a waveform generator which is used for generating an array substrate reference drive signal corresponding to the to-be-verified array substrate drive signal, and a comparator. The comparator is used for comparing the received to-be-verified array substrate drive signal with the array substrate reference drive signal. If two signals are the same, the to-be-verified gate drive signal is sent tothe drive circuit of the array substrate, otherwise an invalid signal is output to the drive circuit of the array substrate. According to the display panel sequence signal verifying device and method,a display panel and equipment, whether a test condition during a debugging process is correctly set can be verified, and the debugging efficiency is improved.
