The invention provides a method for coating and processing a sample by using nickel screens. The method comprises the following steps: two nickel screens are used for symmetrically coating the sample,the coated sample is placed in a clamp having a shaped matched with the sample, the clamp with the sample is placed in a tablet press for being stamped; after stamping is completed, the sample in theclamp is taken out, the processed sample is subjected to welding of a thermocouple wire on a spot welder, and wiped joints fall down the nickel screens. The weldability of nickel and a nickel alloy is good, the nickel screens performs partial coating treatment on the sample, the nickel screens and the surface of the sample are subjected to cold pressing and tight pasting, the thermocouple wire iswelded on the nickel screens, which can substitute welding on the sample, problem of temperature measurement of a material with poor solderability can be solved, a thermal simulation test can be accurately carried out, and the test success rate is increased. The method has the advantages that an appliance is simple, test cost is reduced, and operation is easy to operate.
