The plastic section bar forming and pulling device is reasonable in structure, and can be adaptive to pipe fittings of different specifications, so that pressure and friction force on the surface of the section bar are balanced; and meanwhile, the surface of the plastic section bar is grinded and flattened, so that surface abrasion caused by the pulling device is eliminated, and product quality of the plastic section bars is improved.
