The invention discloses a body surface development strip for computed tomography. The body surface development strip comprises basic units which are connected in a circulating manner, and each basic unit comprises two adjacent or more than two development parts whose appearance is different under the computed tomography. A body surface positioning sticker comprises basic units which are arranged in a circulating manner, each basic unit comprises two adjacent or more than two parallel development strips, and the body surface positioning sticker is fixed on the body surface of a patient throughan adhering film or a binding strap. When the patient has imaging examination such as CT or MRI, the spatial position of a target is acquired by the body surface development strip for the computed tomography, accurate target positioning is achieved, and operation such as puncture can be performed on the target. The body surface development strip is simple in structure, convenient to use, simple tooperate and high in accuracy.
