The invention relates to a marking ruler for radiotherapy. The marking ruler comprises a cross-shaped flat ruler body composed of a cross rod and a vertical rod, wherein the cross rod and the verticalrod are orthogonal to each other. The marking ruler is characterized in that the two ends of the cross rod are supported on the vertical rod by symmetric inclined rods. At the intersection parts of the vertical rod and the inclined rods, the vertical rod and the inclined rods are extended downwards to form a flat ruler handle. In the intersection area of the cross-shaped flat ruler body, a section of hollow-out groove is respectively arranged in each of the cross rod and the vertical rod and along the center line of the cross rod and the center line of the vertical rod respectively. The two sections of hollow-out groove are intersected to form a hollowed regular cross.
