The invention discloses a waterproof connection device of a disconnecting switch operating mechanism box. The waterproof connection device comprises an upper connection sleeve, a lower connection sleeve and a connection bolt, both the upper and lower connection sleeves are connected with a flange, the lower end surface of the upper connection sleeve and the upper end surface of the lower connection sleeve are enclosed via the flange, a vertical transmission connecting rod drives motion of a disconnecting switch operating mechanism via the upper and lower connection sleeves, and a guiding groove is formed in the upper end surface of the lower connection sleeve. Rainwater entering the transmission connecting rod is prevented from accumulation, rainwater entering a flange connecting side is prevented from causing ponding and generating a DC grounding signal due to the fact that the rainwater cannot be exhausted, and a water inlet problem of the operation mechanism box is solved fundamentally.
