The invention discloses an incremental distribution network comprehensive evaluation method oriented to grid company guaranteed minimal service. The method comprises defining a boundary relation amongthe users, the incremental distribution network and the grid company; and determining incremental distribution network evaluation indexes oriented to the grid company guaranteed minimal service according to the boundary relation and hierarchically classifying the indexes; establishing an improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to set the weight of each index of the evaluation system; computingan incremental distribution network comprehensive evaluation result oriented to grid company guaranteed minimal service based on the evaluation index system and index weights. The method, based on therelation among the users, the incremental distribution network, and the grid company in the guaranteed minimal service in the new power reform environment, establishes a new incremental distributionnetwork evaluation index system, evaluates the evaluation index system by using the improved AHP, solves the lack of standards and criteria in the guaranteed minimal service of incremental distribution network, provides suggestions for the incremental distribution network operators to improve their own network construction, and guide the grid companies to dealing with the incremental distributionnetwork after guarantee.
