The volute tongue comprises a first part, a second part and two air blocking parts, wherein the first part isadjacent to an air channel outlet of the air outlet channel and forms a part of the inner wall face of the air outlet channel; the second part is adjacent to the wind wheel and is connected with the first part to form a bent structure; and the two air blocking parts are both connected with the first part and protrude towards the interior of the air outlet channel, the two air blocking parts are located at the two transverse ends of the air outlet channel correspondingly, each air blocking part is designed into a segmental structure with a plurality of air guide segments, each segmental structure extends in the transverse direction of the air outlet channel to form a long strip shape, and a gap is formed between every two adjacent air guide segments. The volute in the embodiment is simple in structure and capable of effectively preventing returned air, the surge and condensation problems are solved, and the using feeling of a user is advantageously improved.
