The invention provides a 50MW-level turbine for solar energy photo-thermal power generation and belongs to the field of turbines. The 50MW-level turbine solves the problem that an existing 50MW-levelturbine is unsuitable for a solar energy photo-thermal power station due to low circulation efficiency. The turbine comprises a high voltage section and an intermediate and low voltage section. The high voltage section and the intermediate and low voltage section are located at the two ends of a rotor of a power generator correspondingly. The high voltage section comprises a high voltage cylinderand a high voltage rotor. The intermediate and low voltage section comprises an intermediate and low voltage cylinder, an intermediate and low voltage rotor and a condenser. An air input end opening of the high voltage cylinder communicates with an air output end opening of a heat exchange device of the solar energy photo-thermal power station, an air output end opening of the high voltage cylinder communicates with an air input end opening of the intermediate and low voltage cylinder through a reheating device, and an air output end opening of the intermediate and low voltage cylinder communicates with the condenser. The high voltage rotor and the intermediate and low voltage rotor are in linkage with the rotor of the power generator. The turbine is applicable to solar energy photo-thermal power generation.
