The invention discloses a snore-ceasing pillow. The snore-ceasing pillow includes a pillow body, an air pressure sensor and a main control unit. The air pressure sensor and the main control unit are located outside the pillow body. The pillow body includes an air bag assembly. The air bag assembly includes a plurality of air bag groups which are spaced apart from each other. The air pressure sensor is connected with the air bag groups through connecting ducts and used for detecting air pressure values of the air bag groups. The main control unit is connected with the air pressure sensor and isconfigured to determine the position of a head on the pillow body according to the air pressure values. According to the snore-ceasing pillow, the air pressure sensor and the main control unit are located outside the pillow body, and the air pressure of the air bag groups can be connected to the air pressure sensor through the connecting ducts to perform head position detection. In this way, a subjective psychological influence on a user caused by the fact that the sensor is placed in the pillow can be avoided. Meanwhile, the connecting ducts can be set to a longer length, so that the air pressure sensor is placed in a safer and reliable distance or position for safely performing the head position detection, thereby improving the safety for use of the snore-ceasing pillow.
