The invention relates to the technical field of winter bamboo shoot planting, in particular to a cultivation method for WanTian winter bamboo shoots. In the method, secondary branches and main branches of mother bamboos are adopted as cutting branches for seedling culture, and the technical problems are reduced that in the conventional method of directly utilizing nutrients of mother bamboos for nourishing bamboo shoots, the planting period of winter bamboo shoots is long, damage to the mother bamboos is serious, and a bamboo forest cannot propagate any more after winter bamboo shoots are picked frequently. In the seedling culture process, the cutting branches are pretreated according to their growth characteristics so as to increase the rooting rate of the cutting branches; at the same time, a seedling nursery is pretreated to make soil meet the nutritional conditions for growth of the cutting branches; then, alternating illumination is adopted for increasing accumulation of nutrientsubstances in the cutting branches and the dark reaction so as to increase the survival rate of cutting seedlings.
