The invention relates to an APD dark current compensation simulation front-end circuit and an APD dark current compensation method. The circuit 100 comprises an APD photoelectric conversion subsidiarycircuit 101, an APD dark current compensation subsidiary circuit 102, a dual-channel matching subsidiary circuit 103, a fully-differential amplifying subsidiary circuit 104 and a buffering subsidiarycircuit 105, wherein the first input end and the second input end of the dual-channel matching subsidiary circuit 103 are electrically connected with the APD photoelectric conversion subsidiary circuit 101 and the APD dark current compensation subsidiary circuit 102 respectively; the fully-differential amplifying subsidiary circuit 104 is electrically connected between the dual-channel matching subsidiary circuit 103 and the buffering subsidiary circuit 105. The APD dark current compensation subsidiary circuit is adopted to generate compensation current equal to dark current in the APD dark current compensation subsidiary circuit and input the compensation current to the input end of a fully-differential amplifying circuit, the capability of the differential amplifying circuit of being capable of inhibiting common-mode signals can be utilized, the influence of APD dark current on output voltage is avoided, and the structure is simple.
