The invention relates to a conductive coating liquid composition and a transparent conductive film for a flexible display containing a conductive layer manufactured by the conductive coating liquid composition. Even if the transparent conductive film is bent for multiple times, surface resistance variation is still little, the haze is low, the light transmittance is high, and thus the transparentconductive film is suitable for a flexible display.
