A high-voltage direct-current relay and an assembly method therefor. The high-voltage direct-current relay comprises two fixed contacts (11, 12) and one movable assembly. The movable assembly comprises a movable spring part (6), a main spring (2) and a pushing rod assembly. The pushing rod assembly consists of two independent components that are a pushing rod part (8) and a U-shaped basket (7). The pushing rod part (8) comprises a fixed piece (82) and a pushing rod (81) that are fixed together by insulation plastic (83). After the main spring (2), the movable spring part (6) and the U-shaped basket (7) are sequentially disposed at the top of the pushing rod part (8), the two ends of the fixed piece (82) are respectively fixed with the bottom of the side part (72) of the U-shaped basket (7), so that the main spring (2) is elastically tightened between the bottom surface of the movable spring part (6) and the insulation plastic (83) of the pushing rod part (8), and a movable spring piece (61) props against the inner side of the top (71) of the U-shaped basket (7). In the high-voltage direct-current relay, by dividing the pushing rod assembly into two independent components, the high-voltage direct-current relay has the characteristics of simplicity in structure, convenience in forming and easiness in ensuring size accuracy; meanwhile, the two components are easy to assemble, and automatic assembly of components that are mutually matched is easily implemented; and moreover, the bonding resistant ability can also be enhanced.
