The ceramic tile comprises the following two raw materials: an aggregate and a binding agent, wherein in the aggregate, a fine particle raw material is adopted, is in 50-80 meshes and is one or a mixture of more of crushed ceramic wastes, aeolian sand and river sand or ores; the binding agent has the effect of providing strength to a green body at normal temperature and high temperature and is one or a mixture of more of organic raw materials of dextrin, polyvinyl alcohol and the like and inorganic nonmetal rawmineral materials of clay, feldspar and the like. The two ingredients are mixed by a vertical mixer, then are molded by pressing by a tile presser and are sintered in a tunnel kiln or a roller kiln at the high temperature of 1,150-1,200 DEG C, so that the prepared ceramic tile has the characteristics of water storage and water permeability and is large in water storage capacity.
