The invention relates to a device for sampling through a silk-printing screen. The device comprises a working table, a sliding table, an ink jet unit and a control unit. The working table is used forfixing the silk-printing screen; X-axis rails arranged along a length direction of the working table are arranged in the middle parts of two side faces of the working table; the sliding table is slidably connected into the X-axis rails; a plurality of Y-axis rails perpendicular to directions of the X-axis rails are arranged on the top part of the sliding table; the ink jet unit comprises a plurality of nozzles arranged on the Y-axis rails, and ink boxes communicating with the nozzles through ink pipes; the nozzles arranged on the same Y-axis rail communicate with the ink box in the same color;and the control unit comprises an image reading unit for recognizing an image, and a controller connected with the image reading unit and used for controlling the sliding table and the ink jet unit to move. Compared with the prior art, the device provided by the invention is high in sampling efficiency and good in sampling effect.
