The intelligent millimeter wave radar treadmill comprises a treadmill body, a display screen arranged on the treadmill body, a running mechanism which is arranged in the treadmill body and a control system which drives the running mechanism to be operated, the treadmill body is provided with a millimeter wave radar monitoring device and an intelligent control module, the display screen is internally provided with a display module, the millimeter wave radar monitoring device is connected with the control system through a line, the output end of the millimeter wave radar monitoring device is connected with the input end of the intelligent control module and the input end of the display module separately, and the output end of the intelligent control module is connected with the control system. The running speed and slope of the running mechanism can be automatically adjusted, and moreover, the millimeter wave radar monitoring device is not in contact with the user body and cannot be influenced by external factors.
