The present invention discloses scrophularia henryi root and black garlic functional drink and a preparation method thereof, and provides the drink prepared from scrophularia henryi root and black garlic compound liquid as a main raw material and the preparation method thereof. The scrophularia henryi root and black garlic drink consist of the following raw materials in mass percentages: 8%-35% ofscrophularia henryi root and black garlic compound liquid, 0.05%-5% of white granulated sugar, 0.0075%-0.7% of fructo-oligosaccharide and 0.011%-5% of citric acid. The scrophularia henryi root and black garlic compound liquid is used as the raw material to prepare the drink. By reasonable compatibility and synergistic effects of the various components, the product is relatively good in color andluster, free of impurities and refreshing, has unique tastes of the scrophularia henryi root and black garlic, is moderate in sweetness and sourness, soft in mouthfeel, and greatly improved in effective compositions of the products, convenient for drinking, and easy for storage, and has effects of nourishing liver and kidneys, enhancing people's immunity, beautifying features, preventing oxidation, delaying aging, preventing fatigue, and lowering blood pressure and blood sugar.
