本发明提出了一种基于耦合负压电路的混合式开关电路、切换开关、开关装置，其中所述混合式开关电路包括，机械开关支路、换流支路、辅固态开关支路和能量吸收支路；所述换流支路包括主固态开关支路和与所述主固态开关支路串联的耦合负压电路。本发明的基于耦合负压电路的混合式开关电路、切换开关、开关装置具有结构简洁可靠性高的特点，而且控制方便。

The invention provides a hybrid switch circuit based on a coupled negative voltage circuit, a DIP switch and a switch device. The hybrid switch circuit comprises a mechanical switch branch circuit, acommutation branch circuit, an auxiliary solid-state switch branch circuit and an energy absorption branch circuit. The commutation branch circuit comprises a master solid-state switch branch circuitand the coupled negative voltage circuit connected with the master solid-state switch branch circuit in series. The hybrid switch circuit based on the coupled negative voltage circuit, the DIP switchand the switch device provided by the invention are characterized by concise structure and high reliability and are convenient for control.
