The invention relates to a comprehensive anti-galloping method combining spacing-type anti-galloping devices and phase-to-ground spacers. The comprehensive anti-galloping method comprises following steps: A, determining mount point positions of the phase-to-ground spacers according to the span length of a power transmission line; B, determining the mounting direction of the phase-to-ground spacersaccording to the statistical result of the predominant wind direction of the region where the power transmission line exists; C, determining mounting positions of the spacing-type anti-galloping devices according to the span length and the mounting positions of the phase-to-ground spacers; D, fixing the spacing-type anti-galloping devices, adjusting the length of stay wires of the spacing-type anti-galloping devices, and making the stay wires in a loose state; and adjusting the length of stay wires of the phase-to-ground spacers to apply a 3-5 KN pretightening force. The comprehensive anti-galloping method combining the spacing-type anti-galloping devices and the phase-to-ground spacers has a good anti-galloping effect, the fact that the power transmission line operates safely is guaranteed, and economic loss caused by line galloping is reduced.
