The invention discloses an asynchronous motor dynamic parameter identification method based on an algebraic method. The algebraic method is an identification method suitable for a continuous system, and has the advantages of good convergence, accurate identification result and short algorithm time consuming and the like. The method is characterized by, to begin with, determining a model to be identified of an asynchronous motor, corresponding parameters to be identified and an observable variable of the asynchronous motor; and then, carrying out integral operation on observable variable signals, and eliminating influence of a state variable initial value on identification precision through mathematical transformation. Simulation result shows that algorithm principle is reliable and identification result is accurate.
