The invention provides a pixel circuit and a display device. A data write-in module writes a data voltage in a source electrode of an auxiliary driving transistor, a potential of a grid electrode of the auxiliary driving transistor is lowered to a sum of a threshold voltage of the auxiliary driving transistor and the data voltage, a grid electrode of a driving transistor is connected with the gridelectrode of the auxiliary driving transistor so that the threshold of the auxiliary driving transistor can be used to compensate a threshold of the driving transistor, and due to the fact that the threshold voltage of the auxiliary driving transistor is the same with that of the driving transistor, the aim of compensating the threshold voltage of the driving transistor is achieved, influence ofthe threshold on the driving transistor is eliminated, and a phenomenon of nonuniform light emission is eliminated from the display device.
