本发明公开了一种双层金属熔炼炉，包括：一炉体，所述炉体上表面设有开口，所述开口处安装有空心挡板，所述炉体内底面中心安装有凸台，所述凸台内安装有电机，所述电机上安装有控制模块；一物料篮，所述物料篮安装在所述电机上，所述物料篮侧面为网状结构，所述物料篮底面安装有加热装置。通过上述方式，本发明一种双层金属熔炼炉，该熔炼炉通过旋转加热，加快了熔炼速度，同时提高了熔炼质量。

The invention discloses a double-layer metal smelting furnace. The double-layer metal smelting furnace comprises a furnace body and a material basket, wherein an opening is formed in the upper surfaceof the furnace body; the opening is equipped with a hollow baffle plate; a lug boss is mounted on the center of the bottom surface in the furnace body; a motor is mounted in the lug boss; a control module is mounted on the motor; the material basket is mounted on the motor; the side surface of the material basket is of a net-shaped structure; and a heating device is mounted on the bottom surfaceof the material basket. In this way, the double-layer metal smelting furnace increases smelting speed by rotary heating, and improves smelting quality.
