The invention discloses a moveable lifting ladder which comprises a lifting platform, a plurality of moving wheels, moving steps and fixed steps, wherein the moving steps comprise upper steel frame rods, lower steel frame rods and a plurality of single steps; a lifting mechanism for driving a connecting base to move up is arranged on the lifting platform; the lifting mechanism comprises a rack chain assembly, a storage tank and a driving box; the driving tank is internally provided with a power gear driven by a gear motor; the rack chain assembly comprises a plurality of single chain plates which are hinged in a head to end manner in sequence; a rack meshed with the power gear is arranged on each single chain plate; and a vertical guide hole for guiding the single chain plates is formed inthe driving box.
