A cooling barrel shell adopts a concave face structure, and cooling liquid is prevented from splashing out of a cooling barrel in the blank cooling process, so that the cooling process is safer, the temperature of the metallurgical blanks in the cooling barrel is reported back to a display through a high-temperature sensor, and people can know the temperature of the metallurgical blanks in the cooling barrel.
