The wireless charging device comprises a main controller, a direct current power supply module, a filter capacitor, an inversion driving module, an inverter bridge, a transmitting terminal resonant circuit, a receiving terminal resonant circuit, a rectifier bridge, an LC filter circuit and a power battery pack for the electric tractor, wherein the transmitting terminal resonant circuit is formed by serial connection of a wireless electric energy transmitting coil and a resonant compensation capacitor; and the receiving terminal resonant circuit is formed by serial connection of a wireless electric energy receiving coil and a resonant compensation capacitor. The wireless charging device provided by the invention can be used for wirelessly charging the power battery pack for the electric tractor safely, conveniently and quickly, and lays a foundation for realizing an automatic charging process of an unmanned electric tractor.
