The ion exchange column comprises a column body, an upper end cover and a lower end cover, wherein acid and alkali resistant rubber gaskets are arrangedin the connection positions of the column body with the upper end cover and the lower end cover; a feeding port, an emptying port, a manhole and a backwash water outlet are arranged on the upper end cover, the feeding port is located in the middle of the upper end cover, and a feeding device is arranged below the feeding port and adopts a horn-shaped structure arranged downwards; a reinforcing ring is arranged on the outer side of the middle of the column body, water cap distributing plates are arranged at the upper end and the lower end in the column body, a pressure sensor is arranged abovethe water cap distributing plate at the upper end, and a plurality of uniformly distributed water cap holes are arranged on each water cap distributing plate, water caps corresponding to the water capholes are detachably fixed in the water cap holes, and resin loading and unloading ports and an inspection window are arranged on the side surface of the column body; a discharging port is formed inthe lower end cover. The ion exchange column effectively disperse a column feeding liquid, the damage rate of the water caps is reduced, the speed of the liquid passing through the water cap distributing plates during feeding and backwashing is increased, the adsorption efficiency is improved and the productivity is increased.
