The invention discloses a preparation method of dication-type organic silicon modified waterborne polyurethane color fixing agent. The dication-type organic silicon modified waterborne polyurethane color fixing agent is obtained by adopting dihydroxyl-terminated cation organic silicon comprising tert-sulfo groups, diisocyanate, polymer polyol, cationic hydrophilic chain extender, acid neutralizingagent and end-capping reagent by virtue of pre-polymerization, end-capping reaction and emulsification. By adopting the dihydroxyl-terminated cation-type organic silicon comprising the tert-sulfo groups, the cation is introduced in a soft segment and by selecting the tertiary amine cation chain extender, the cation is introduced in a hard segment, two different types of cation groups are introduced, so that the intensity of the cation is increased, and the acting force for anion dye is improved. Meanwhile, by introducing a polysiloxane chain segment, the softness of thefinished fabric can beimproved.
