The invention discloses an aluminum nitride ceramic irregular-shaped part and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum nitride ceramic irregular-shaped part prepared by the aluminum nitride ceramic irregular-shaped part preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high powder loading capacity, small irregular-shaped part shrinkage, high dimensional accuracy, good heat conducting property and the like.
