The invention discloses an aluminum nitride ceramic irregular-shaped part and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum nitride ceramic irregular-shaped part is prepared from the main raw materials of aluminum nitride powder and a sintering aid, wherein the aluminum nitride powder is mainly prepared by mixing nanoscale aluminum nitride powder and micron-scale aluminum nitride powder according toa proportion, and the sintering aid is chosen one or several from rare earth oxide and rare earth metal salt. The aluminum nitride ceramic irregular-shaped part prepared by the aluminum nitride ceramic irregular-shaped part preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high powder loading capacity, small irregular-shaped part shrinkage, high dimensional accuracy, good heat conducting property and the like.
