The invention discloses a cable conveying mechanism beneficial to laser code-spraying quality. The cable conveying mechanism comprises a conveying table body and a cable transfer component mounted onthe conveying table body; the cable transfer component comprises a first reel part and a second reel part which are fixed on the conveying table body; each of the first reel part and the second reel part comprises two reels and at least one reel mounting plate; the two reels of any one of the first reel part and the second reel part are mounted on the at least one reel mounting plate, the axes ofthe two reels are parallel with each other, a groove in the circumferential direction of the corresponding reel is formed in the reel surface of at least one of the two reels, a gap for clamping a cable is formed between the two reels, and the groove is a constituent part of the gap; the first reel part and the second reel part are fixed to the conveying table body through fixed connection of therespective reel mounting plates and the conveying table body. By the aid of the structural design of the mechanism, the position of a code spraying area on the cable can be guaranteed.
