The invention discloses a pull-down assembly tool for a magnetic anastomat. The pull-down assembly tool involves the magnetic anastomat and comprises an assembly mechanism for the magnetic anastomat.The magnetic anastomat comprises a first body and a second body arranged face to face, the first body and the second body are provided with magnets that attract each other, the first body and the second body are provided with through holes communicated with each other, the assembly mechanism may be passed through the through holes and includes an operating rod in locked connection with the secondbody, the operating rod is sleeved with an operating part that may move up and down, a spring is arranged in the operating part and is provided with a locking part, the top end of the locking part isprovided with a terrace for compressing the spring inward, the second body is provided with a locking groove matched with the locking part, and the locking part has a first state where the locking part is positioned in the locking groove to connect the operating rod and the second body and a second state where the locking part leaves the locking groove to separate the operating rod and the secondbody. The pull-down assembly tool has the advantages that a circular anastomat used in staple anastomosis is combined with the magnetic anastomat used in magnetic anastomosis and the advantages of both the magnetic anastomosis and staple anastomosis are integrated.
