The present invention provides a zinc-silver battery system connected in parallel with an electric generator system for power supply. The zinc-silver battery system includes a direct-current electricgenerator system, a zinc-silver battery, an external line load and a line switch; the zinc-silver battery is consists of eighteen single cells connected in series; the zinc-silver battery and the direct current electric generator system are electrically connected in parallel, and the zinc-silver battery is electrically connected with the external line load and the line switch respectively to forma complete working circuit. When the zinc-silver battery of the invention is connected with an electric generator in parallel for power supply, a proper number of single cells is designed according tooutput voltage of the electric generator to ensure voltage matching of the zinc-silver battery which is connected in parallel for power supply. According to the output voltage of the electric generator which is connected in parallel, performance of the single cells can be improved as much as possible in the zinc-silver battery under a premise that requirements for performance of individual powersupply can be met, the number of single cells can be reduced, voltage of an open circuit of a battery pack is enabled to be less than or equal to output voltage of the electric generator system connected in parallel, a phenomenon that energy of the battery is all used up during parallel connection for power supply while voltage of the open circuit of the battery pack is excessively high can be prevented, and the zinc-silver battery system is capable of providing power supply repeatedly and independently.
