The invention discloses a household intelligent electricity utilization management method based on an imperialist competitive algorithm. The household intelligent electricity utilization management method optimizes household electricity utilization through adopting the imperialist competitive algorithm, realizes the effects of acquiring good economical efficiency as well as peak shaving and valleyfilling through low-price charging and high-price discharging by means of a storage battery, introduces photovoltaic power generation so as to charge the storage battery through photovoltaic power generation, can distribute the amount of photovoltaic electricity to various time periods of a day, and achieve the goals of being economical as well as peak shaving and valley filling. In addition, theimperialist competitive algorithm is a relatively new intelligent algorithm, and has the advantages of fast convergence speed, higher global convergence and the like when compared with other solutionmethods such as a genetic algorithm and a PSO algorithm, thus the household electricity utilization is more economical and comfortable.
