The invention provides a power consumption inspecting and measuring instrument based on a wireless synchronization technology, so as to solve the problem that the existing power consumption inspectingdevice can not meet requirements of electricity stealing detection. The power consumption inspecting and measuring instrument based on a wireless synchronization technology comprises a box body; thebox body is provided with a first accommodating groove, a second accommodating groove and a third accommodating groove; a high-voltage current clamp and 500A current clamp meters are arranged side byside in the first accommodating groove; the middle part of the second accommodating groove is provided with a main engine; a tablet computer, a voltage sleeve line, 5A clamp meters and 1000A flexibleclamp meters are arranged around the main engine; the middle part of the third accommodating groove is provided with a wireless sampler; and the main engine is respectively connected with the tablet computer, the wireless sampler and the high-voltage current clamp through the wireless technology. The WIFI wireless and GPS synchronization technologies are made full use of, separate design is adopted, the size of the instrument is reduced, and convenience and comfort of the operation are improved; and the power consumption inspecting and measuring instrument is applicable to detection, line inspection and comprehensive error test on all electric energy metering devices below 35 KV, and direct high-current primary-power measurement is realized.
