The invention provides a preparation method of hydrophilic shape memory epoxy resin and a micro-array thereof as well as a hydrophilic regulation and control method of the micro-array. The preparationmethod of the epoxy resin micro-array is as follows: photolithography is used for carrying out etching of silicon chips; polydimethylsiloxane is used for carrying out forming of the silicon chips inorder to obtain a polydimethylsiloxane template which is opposite to the silicon chip array; the polydimethylsiloxane template is used for carrying out forming of the shape memory epoxy resin array, in order to obtain the hydrophilic shape memory epoxy resin micro-array. The regulation and control method is as follows: when the epoxy resin micro-array is in an original vertical state, the surfacepresents a super-hydrophilicity state, and when the epoxy resin array is pressed, the surface presents a hydrophilicity state. The methods have the advantages that the hydrophilic shape memory polymeris firstly obtained, a hydrophilic modifier is blended, so that hydrophobic epoxy resin is changed into a hydrophilic material, shape memory effects are utilized for controlling a microstructure of the surface, and the hydrophilic micro-array surface with transition between hydrophilicity and super-hydrophilicity is prepared.
