The invention provides a time-varying phase position decomposition and reconstruction method. The method comprises steps of step 1, inputting seismic data; step 2, selecting a window function type anda time length, and carrying out time-frequency spectrum analysis of the seismic data; step 3, carrying out phase position decomposition; step 4, setting a to-be-reconstructed phase position value anda tolerance error; and step 5, processing all frequency information in a set phase position, and obtaining a seismic channel after the phase position reconstruction. According to the invention, the method is used in processing and explanation processes of the seismic data; phase position decomposition of the seismic data is achieved; the whole phase position decomposition and reconstruction processes are simple and highly efficient; and the method has excellent actual application effects.
