A powder hot-pressing sintering manufacture method of high-silicon steel strips is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: using reduced Fe powder and superfine high-purity ferrosilicon powder with 70-80% Si to form Fe-Si mixed powder; mould-pressing to obtain a square blank, carrying out hot-pressing sintering at 920-980 DEG C and at 100-160 MPa by a uniaxial pressurization mode for0.5-2 h until compacted density reaches 6.69-7.01 g/cm<3>; carrying out vacuum or reducing atmosphere protective sintering on the hot-pressed sintered blank at 1060-1160 DEG C for metallurgical bonding of Fe powder particles and Si-phase polyphase structured high-silicon steel blank, and carrying out low-temperature diffusion-sintering and cold-rolling thinning for many times; and finally carryingout high-temperature diffusion-sintering at 1260-1320 DEG C to realize homogenization and alloying so as to obtain the high-silicon steel strip which contains 4.5-6.7% of Si, is 0.1-0.5 mm thick andhas density of being greater than or equal to 7.25 g/cm<3>.
