The invention relates to a cleaning composition for various hard surfaces, and especially relates to a hard surface cleaner. The hard surface cleaner comprises, by mass, 45-56 parts of an ethanol solvent, 9-12 parts of perfluoropolyether, 2-2.6 parts of dimethyl hydroxy silicone oil, 0.1-0.5 part of vinyltriethoxysilane, 15-17 parts of licorice root extract, 6-8 parts of coconutt diethanol amide,0.2-2 parts of a cationic surfactant and 0.01-0.1 part of plant essence. The hard surface cleaner can effectively clean and sterilize various hard surfaces, the perfluoropolyether is compounded with the dimethyl hydroxy silicone oil to generate a highly-uniform, scratch-resistant and rub-resistant film, and the film can effectively reduce the adhesion of fingerprints, oil stains, sweat and dusts in order to keep the screen surface clean for a long time.
