The invention provides disperse dyes having an azothiazole structure and being suitable for supercritical carbon dioxide waterless wool dyeing, and a preparation method and a dyeing method thereof. The dyes have a structure represented by general formula I shown in the description. The dyes can be used in the supercritical carbon dioxide waterless wool dyeing, the above compounds have certain solubility in supercritical carbon dioxide, active groups and amino groups or hydroxyl groups in wool are chemically reacted, and the obtained reaction product has no corrosion to a supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing device. In the general formula I, m and n are integers respectively; X and Y are respectively independently selected from -H, -CN, -CH3O, -COOCH3 and a benzyl group; R0 is selected fromR1, R2 and R3 which are shown in the description; and Ar is selected from Ar1.
