The invention relates to an automatic device, in particular to an automatic handing and feeding device comprising a workpiece pushing mechanism, a skip car pushing mechanism and a handling truss. Theworkpiece pushing mechanism is installed at an outlet of a discharging machine, and the handling truss is arranged on one side of the discharging machine; two L-shaped guardrails are arranged in frontof the discharging machine, and one edge of each L-shaped guardrail is parallel with the workpiece pushing mechanism; the other edge of the L-shaped guardrail is parallel with the handling truss, andan L-shaped channel is formed between the two L-shaped guardrails; the corner of the L-shaped channel is provided with a locking mechanism used for locking a skip car, and one side, far away from thedischarging machine, of the handling truss is provided with the skip car pushing mechanism; and the pushing direction of the skip car pushing mechanism and the outlet direction of the L-shaped channel are linear. According to the automatic handling and feeding device provided by the invention, the problems that the manual handling of workpieces is adverse to human bodies and the efficiency is lowin the prior art can be solved.
