The invention provides a polarizing coating, a liquid crystal panel, and a liquid crystal display device. The polarizing film has a first transparent protective film and a second transparent protective film, both sides of a polarizer are clamped with aqueous adhesive layers between the first transparent protective film and the second transparent protective film, wherein the first transparent protective film has a water vapor permeability (p1) of 370-430 g/m<2>/24h, and the second transparent protective film has a water vapor permeability (p2) of 1-15 g/m<2>/24h. The polarizing film can suppress a decrease in polarization degree in a humidified environment.
