According to the polyethylene cushioning disposable lunch box material disclosed by the invention, after filling including the magnesium carbonate and the like is subjected to dispersion treatment, the compatibility of the filling, each plasticizer and a polyethylene matrix can be effectively improved, so that the stability strength of a finished-product material is improved; the lunch box material disclosed by the invention has good anti-ageing performance and heat-resisting stability.
