The invention relates to a pair of flared haemostatic forceps. The pair of flared haemostatic forceps comprises a first forceps body and a second forceps body which are symmetrical left and right, wherein the first forceps body and the second forceps body are hinged and matched through rivets; connecting arms arranged toward the clamping directions are separately arranged at the tips of the firstand second forceps bodies; and the end portions of the connecting arms are connected to expanding arms. As the clamping degree of the haemostatic forceps is inversely proportional to the operation vision, the flared haemostatic forceps can expose the operation vision fully while clamping a vessel when being used for operation of a patient, so that the operation efficiency and precision are increased. As polytetrafluoroethylene is non-toxic and has a small friction coefficient, new damage to tissues can be avoided when the flared haemostatic forceps are expanded.
