The invention relates to a high-voltage charging device. The high-voltage charging device comprises a high-voltage sampling module, a voltage-to-frequency conversion module, a processor module and a frequency-to-voltage conversion module; the input end of the high-voltage sampling module is in sampling connection with a high-voltage main loop; the output end of the high-voltage sampling module isconnected with the input end of the voltage-to-frequency conversion module; the input end of the processor module is connected with the output end of the voltage-to-frequency conversion module; the output end of the processor module is connected with the input end of the frequency-to-voltage conversion module; the output end of the frequency-to-voltage conversion module is in control connection with the high-voltage main loop; a first isolation module is arranged between the voltage-to-frequency conversion module and the processor module; and a second isolation module is arranged between the processor module and the frequency-to-voltage conversion module. According to the high-voltage charging device of the present invention, one isolation module is stringed between the voltage-to-frequency conversion module and the processor module, and one isolation module is stringed between the processor module and the frequency-to-voltage conversion module, and therefore, the high-voltage chargingdevice can effectively realize electrical isolation between a high-voltage loop and a low-voltage loop; the circuit of the high-voltage charging device is simple; the interference of the high-voltageloop on the charging device can be avoided.
