The invention discloses a 3mm minute type cell shell aluminum-plastic film forming mold. The forming mold comprises an upper mounting plate and a lower mounting plate which are parallel to each other.At least two guide pillars are installed on the upper surface of the lower mounting plate. The upper mounting plate is provided with guide sleeves, and the guide sleeves are connected to the corresponding guide pillars in a sleeving mode. A lower mold base is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the lower mounting plate, and a lower mold core is installed on the lower mold base. An upper mold core fixing rack is installed on the lower surface of the upper mounting plate and is further provided with a female mold and an upper mold core supporting frame. The female mold is located over thelower mold core. A rectangular groove or a rectangular hole is formed in the lower surface of the female mold. The size of the rectangular groove or the rectangular hole is equal to that of a protrusion on the outer surface of a 3mm minute type cell shell aluminum-plastic film. A rectangular protrusion is arranged on the upper surface of the lower mold core, and the size of the rectangular protrusion is equal to the inner-diameter size of the rectangular groove or the rectangular hole. The rectangular protrusion is located under the rectangular groove or the rectangular hole.
