The invention discloses a transmission safety device used in transmission experiment, which includes a first bearing box, a second bearing box, a coupling and a torque and speed sensor. The first bearing box is installed on the input side of a transmission shaft. The second bearing box is installed on the output side of the transmission shaft. The torque and speed sensor is installed on the transmission shaft between the first bearing box and the second bearing box. One side of the torque and speed sensor is in butt joint with the second bearing box through the coupling. A torque limiter is arranged between the other side of the torque and speed sensor and the first bearing box.
