The invention provides a torsional shock absorber installed on a crankshaft of an engine. The torsional shock absorber comprises a hub provided with a first installation surface and a second installation surface opposite to the first installation surface, an inertial ring, and an elastic component located between the hub and the inertial ring, wherein the hub comprises a first installation hole used for receiving the crankshaft and at least one notch formed in a manner of spacing by the first installation hole; and the at least one notch is configured so that the gravity centre of the torsional shock absorber can be deviated from the central axis of the crankshaft to balance torsional shock.
