The invention belongs to the technical field of oil-gas field surface engineering and environmental protection, and particularly relates to a method for resourcelization reuse of acidizing flowback fluid of oil and water wells. The method comprises the following steps that first, two-stage oil removal technology processing is conducted to eliminate influence of crude oil on a filtration system; second, two-stage filtration treatment is conducted to eliminate influence of suspended solids on a subsequent nanofiltration system; third, nanofiltration membrane treatment is conducted, calcium, magnesium and total iron ions in the acidizing flowback fluid are effectively removed; and industrial hydrochloric acid, a corrosion inhibitor and a discharge aiding agent are added, and an acidic fluid for acidizing operation is obtained. According to the method for resourcelization reuse of the acidizing flowback fluid of the oil and water wells, residual acid and water in the acidizing flowback fluid are fully utilized, acid and clear water required by preparation of the acidizing fluid are effectively reduced, clear water resources are saved, the preparation cost is reduced, and resourcelization utilization of the acidizing waste fluid is achieved; and meanwhile, the problems of high cost and large sludge production of acidizing flowback fluid treatment of the oil and water wells are solved. Therefore, the method for resourcelization reuse of the acidizing flowback fluid of the oil and water wells can be widely used in the technical field of acidizing flowback fluid treatment of the oil and water wells.
