The invention provides a magnesium alloy anticorrosion method and an anticorrosion magnesium alloy member. According to the present invention, a first protection layer with electric conduction property is prepared on the surface of a magnesium alloy matrix, the magnesium alloy matrix with the first protection layer is placed in an impregnation liquid with a filling component, and impregnation treatment is performed, such that the component in the impregnation liquid can penetrate into the gaps of the first protection layer so as to fill in each gap, and the component filled in each pore can form the filling particles; and the porosity of the first protection layer on the magnesium alloy matrix after the impregnation treatment is less than 0.3%, and is much lower than the existing average porosity of 10%, such that the corrosion on the magnesium alloy matrix due to the pores, the micro-pores and other gaps of the electric conduction layer on the magnesium alloy matrix can be avoided toa great extent so as to substantially improve the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy, make the magnesium alloy surface have the electric conduction property, and achieve good versatility.
