The invention discloses a method for extracting flavonoids in chaenomeles sinensis. The method comprises steps as follows: (1), pulp and juice of chaenomeles sinensis are added to a tissue triturator; (2), pulping is performed; (3), the pulp is air-dried; (4), an air-dried product is smashed, ground into powder and discharged, and powder of the chaenomeles sinensis is obtained; (5), the powder of the chaenomeles sinensis is added to water and soaked, and an intermediate product A is obtained; (6), an organic solvent is added to the intermediate product A and stirred; (7), the mixture is left to stand for layering, an organic phase is separated, an aqueous phase is extracted twice with the same volume of an organic solvent, and the organic phase is obtained after three times of mixing; (8), a solid drying agent is added to the organic phase, the solid drying agent is removed, the mixture is subjected to reduced pressure evaporation on a rotary evaporator, and the organic solvent is removed; (9), a product obtained from the step (8) is absorbed and purified with D140 macroporous resin. The method for extracting the flavonoids in chaenomeles sinensis is simple in operation process, low in cost and suitable for large-scale popularization and application, and is not harsh for required conditions.
